Jesus (Y’shua) said in John 6:45-46 referring to a prophecy in Isaiah 54:13
“It is written in the Prophets,
‘And they will all be taught by God.’
Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to me — not that anyone has seen the Father except he who is from God; he has seen the Father.”
I cannot say enough to let you know how important it is that you seek God out and ask his Holy Spirit to teach you. That is the Holy Spirit’s Job! Everything can come to you more easily, more quickly, and a lot cleaner (without the confusion and corruption of religion and the world) if you do. Without you doing this your foundation will not be built upon God, because God’s Holy Spirit is our teacher and you will be relying on imperfect sources.
Jesus (Y’shua) states in John 14:26 that the Holy Spirit “ … whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance …”
John states in 1st John 2:27 that the Holy Spirit, “the anointing which you have received of him abides(lives)in you, and you need not that any man teach you …”
Matthew 23:10, Jesus (Y’shua) said: “Neither be you called masters(teachers): for one is your Master, Christ.” I take this to mean that we should also be careful when we teach others to make sure they know who the real teacher and source is so they can become connected to him and not us.
In 1 Corinthians 11:3 (ESV), Paul states: “But I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ…”
In Matthew 15:13, Jesus (Y’shua) said: “Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be rooted up.”
